It does not cover the AxiomFlow Dashboard, Engine, or Archive applications themselves, which run on infrastructure you control and are governed separately by your organization's own policies and any agreement you sign with us.
This site does not require an account and does not collect protected health information (PHI). The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form on the homepage, which may include:
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry — to understand your environment well enough to have a useful first conversation. We don't sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service that delivers submissions to our inbox. We don't currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The interactive Archive demo sandbox runs client-side in your browser and does not transmit the sample data you enter to us.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the conversation, and delete them on request.
