AxiomFlow Archive — Clinical Data Streaming

Zero-latency archiving for the record you're required to keep.

A decoupled, high-performance Postgres vault that asynchronously extracts fragmented HL7, JSON, and FHIR data out of your primary production environment — enabling sub-second retrieval of immutable historical records without ever slowing down the EHR clinicians use every day.

The Problem: System Gravity

As a chart accumulates years of history, the EHR carrying it slows down — every visit means clinicians clicking through more fragmented old data just to find what's relevant today. We call that drag System Gravity, and the extra clicking it forces is Click-Debt. AxiomFlow Archive pulls the load-bearing weight — the historical record — into a separate, purpose-built system, so the EHR your team works in every day stays fast.

The Decoupled Vault

A Postgres archive with row-level security. It asynchronously pulls fragmented HL7, JSON, and FHIR data out of your production environment, so retrieval never competes with the EHR's own workload.

The Stitched Record Engine

Recursively reassembles fragmented vitals, labs, encounters, and notes into one consolidated Legal Medical Record, exportable as a portable PDF.

The Sentinel

Cross-references the archive against live RCM data to surface encounters that never generated a matching claim — a Naked Encounter — with attention to G2211 and Modifier-25 integrity.

EHR Conversions

Because decoupled data is already structurally standardized, it gives a cutover a common format to migrate from — a straighter path off a legacy EHR.

Disaster Recovery

The Vault keeps its own independent copy of the Legal Medical Record. If your primary EHR goes down or is hit by ransomware, that copy is still there and still readable.

Analytics & MIPS

The same structured layer that powers the Vault also drives longitudinal patient history, practice-level operational analytics, and MIPS reporting.

Security & Compliance

Row-level security on the archive itself, independent of your EHR's own access controls. AxiomFlow's applications are built to HIPAA guidelines throughout.

Archive pricing depends on data volume, retention window, and how many source systems feed the Vault. Answer five questions and get a detailed, printable estimate — one-time conversion cost and monthly cost, broken down line by line. Need Disaster Recovery or the Sentinel's revenue-recovery layer?
