Add-ons & the Custom tier
Every provider in your tier bills at that tier's flat per-provider rate. These two add-ons never change your tier and are unaffected by contract term length:
Beyond Enterprise's 10-provider ceiling, you're in Custom territory: volume-based pricing, custom query allotment, and license key are all negotiated per engagement. Talk to us directly.
Pricing by scenario
All pricing is billed monthly. There's no separate annual list price. Prepay a full year and you're billed for 11 months, with the 12th free.

Contract terms & price lock
Every contract locks your rate for the full term you choose. Standard tier never has a fee at signing, at any term. On Professional and Enterprise, a one-time fee is due at signing and the balance of Year 1 is spread across 12 monthly payments. The longer the term, the smaller that signing fee: on a 1-year term it equals 3 months of your subscription, on a 2-year term about 1.5 months, and on a 3-year term nothing is due at signing. A longer term does not change your locked-in monthly rate. It only shifts more of Year 1 into the monthly payments. At renewal, pricing increases by whichever is greater: a flat 3%, or the trailing 12-month change in CPI-U.
