AxiomFlow Dashboard — Ambulatory Intelligence Platform

A query and reporting layer that connects directly to the databases you already run.

The Dashboard doesn't ask you to export data into a cloud reporting tool. It runs as a desktop application, connects straight to your practice management and EHR databases with native drivers, and lets anyone on staff go from a plain-English question to an answer — or a full custom report — without writing SQL by hand.

Dashboarding

Live KPI grid — stat tiles, trend charts, click-to-drill-down — querying your connected database directly.

Query Builder

Plain-English questions in, generated SQL out, with a confidence rating and a large-result guardrail.

Report Builder

Drag-and-drop source, filters, and grouping — no hand-written joins required to build a report.

Denial Workqueue

Every denied claim in one triage queue, with appeal, resubmit, and write-off actions per row.

Security & Compliance

The Dashboard connects to your database with native drivers — your data stays on infrastructure you control, and never passes through a third-party cloud. AxiomFlow's applications are built to HIPAA guidelines throughout.

Works With What You Run

Tell us your EHR and practice management system when you reach out — the Dashboard's native drivers connect to the underlying database directly, no separate integration project required.

Standard

$169.99/mo per provider
1–3 providers per license key
  • 1 included custom query per year
  • Self-serve documentation & knowledge base

Professional

$159.99/mo per provider
4–6 providers per license key

Enterprise

$149.99/mo per provider
7–10 providers per license key

  • Built for multi-practice, multi-EHR footprints
Worked example: a 5-provider practice falls in the Professional tier at $159.99/mo per provider — that's $799.95/month, or $9,599.40/year at the monthly list price (prepaying a year knocks off the 12th month). No setup fee, no minimum term.
11+ providers, optional support levels, and multi-year rate locks are all part of the full Dashboard pricing model — expand the full breakdown below, or talk to us directly.
In short, on contract terms: pick a 1, 2, or 3-year term. Standard tier never has an upfront fee, at any term. On Professional/Enterprise, a longer term trades an upfront fee for smaller monthly payments — it doesn't change your locked-in rate. Full mechanics in the disclosure below.

Add-ons & the Custom tier

Every provider in your tier bills at that tier's flat per-provider rate. These two add-ons never change your tier and are unaffected by contract term length:

$3,500/yrEHR add-on — only when PM and EHR reporting are fulfilled by two separate databases
$1,500/yrAncillary database — any third-party, non-reporting database

Beyond Enterprise's 10-provider ceiling, you're in Custom territory — volume-based pricing, custom query allotment, and license key all negotiated per engagement. Talk to us directly.

Pricing by scenario

All pricing is billed monthly — there's no separate annual list price. Prepay a full year and you're billed for 11 months, with the 12th free.

Contract terms & price lock

Every contract locks your rate for the full term you choose. For Professional/Enterprise, the upfront fee is 25% of your annual reference total (monthly rate × 12 × provider count — an internal figure used only to calculate this fee), due at signing; the rest is spread across Year 1. Longer terms don't discount your recurring rate — they defer part or all of that upfront amount into monthly payments instead. Standard tier is always $0 upfront, at every term. At renewal, pricing increases by whichever is greater: a flat 3%, or the trailing 12-month CPI-U.
